Neighbourhood teams recover stolen machinery

Dear Resident,

Neighbourhood officers recovered multiple pieces of stolen machinery last week. 

We received a call from the owner of a stolen digger that was showing its location near Whittlesford.

Officers attended, tracked down the exact spot, found the digger and were able to reunite it with its owner.

While at the scene, they also uncovered several other pieces of stolen machinery, including: 

All with a combined estimated value of more than £150,000.

An investigation is ongoing into all the thefts. 

A tracking device or tagging system can help to significantly increase the chances of getting your machinery back, just like in this case.
